How To Order A Special Vehicle?

If you are ordering for the first time, we recommend that you get acquainted with the detailed specific regulations regarding the vehicle.
Orders are placed by filling in a form by fax, or in our office.
We offer legal representatives the opportunity to sign cooperative agreements, which allow payment terms and delays.

Do we rent vehicles with drivers?

Yes. Special transport vehicles require skill and reliability; so all vehicles are driven by our experienced specialists.

Does a client have to concern himself with fuel filling?

No. All special transport vehicles come to your location filled with the necessary amount of fuel. During long work periods, fuel filling shall be our driver’s concern.

Can I rent a special transport vehicle for a longer term?

Yes. Your rent can last from 2 hours to any period you desire: a week, a month, a year or even longer.

Do you work beyond business hours?

We can deliver vehicles at any time you prefer - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In this case, an additional fee shall be applied. Its purpose is to pay the vehicle drivers and any other personnel activity associated.

Do you accept orders, when the special vehicle storage location is in a different city from the work location?

Yes. We go to other cities, if the client accepts the additional travel expenses. If a vehicle cannot perform its work due to our fault, and a similar one is available in another city, we shall deliver it without charge.

What am I to do, if the special vehicle I ordered breaks down in the middle of work?

Our goal is to keep such problems to a minimum. Still, we have to admit that special vehicles can unavoidably break down, just like any other vehicles, from bicycles to planes.
In such a case, if possible, we shall provide you with a similar vehicle from another order location or neighbouring city expeditiously at our expense, and extend the order period or term for the time necessary to complete the order.
